A planned mixed-use development near Walt Disney World is getting the ball rolling with its retail tenants.
There’s now a proposed 40,000-square-foot bowling alley slated for Maitland-based Equinox Development Properties Inc.’s roughly 20-acre Waterstar project northeast of State Road 429 and U.S. 192, according to a new site plan. No leases have been signed and all tenants are proposed. Orlando-based ACRE Commercial Real Estate is handling leasing.
