Developer sizing up food hall for Mills 50 Post Office building

A developer has filed paperwork with the City of Orlando to suss out the viability of a new Asian food hall project in the current home of the Post Office at 611 N. Mills Avenue.

We told you HERE in August 2017 that a pair of doctors had purchased the property for future development. At the time, the Post Office’s lease was set to run out in 2020, at which point, they would consider opportunities to redevelop the plot. That lease was extended an extra five years due to the pandemic.
