Foxtail Coffee has been holding down the fort in the Packing District’s retail plaza for quite a while, slinging lattes and cold brews next to the flagship Publix on Orange Blossom Trail. Aside from Hotworx, which opened its 24-hour infrared fitness studio last fall, the rest of the center has been pretty quiet.
But change is visibly underway.
Back in September 2024, we reported that several new businesses were headed to the plaza. While timelines have shifted, construction on at least three of them looks nearly complete, and the plaza is finally starting to buzz.
