With roots in a family business and an early passion for entrepreneurship, Ferdian built a strong foundation in operations and management be fore shifting into real estate. He holds a J.D. from Stetson University, an MBA from the University of Tampa, and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida, equipping him with the legal, financial, and strategic expertise essential to navigating today’s complex commercial real estate environment.
In addition to his professional work, Ferdian contributes his time and expertise to community and civic organizations, serving on boards and councils that support business development and local initiatives.
