Kristen Lallis

After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2013, Ms. Lallis began her career in real estate as the Executive Assistant and Transaction Manager for a leading firm in Orlando. In 2019, she shifted her focus and began working exclusively with high level commercial real estate transactions, supporting The TRG Group.

With more than 10 years of industry experience, Ms. Lallis has successfully managed and closed over 5,000 transactions. In addition to contract management, she possesses extensive expertise in the back-office operations of a commercial real estate business, including marketing, budgeting, financial tracking, compliance, and client relationship management.

This combination of transactional knowledge and operational insight allows Ms. Lallis to support The TRG Group with precision, efficiency, and the systems required to scale its business successfully.
