Maitland City Centre, one of the largest construction projects underway in Central Florida, has ordered up some new tenants in recent weeks.
Houndstooth Sauce Co. — a sauce, soup, salad and sandwich shop with a location in Audubon Park — signed a lease Sept. 10 for a new location inside the $68 million Maitland City Centre. The local concept joins several new retailers slated to go inside the mixed-use, walkable project at Orlando and Horatio avenues that’s expected to open later this year.
