Tony Nguyen was born and raised in Tampa and has been in real estate since 2003. At nineteen he skipped college, moved to Huntington Beach, California, and started selling, spending his first several years building a practice in one of the most competitive markets in the country.

Twenty-three years later he has bought, operated and sold commercial real estate from both sides of the table, and still owns and operates a portfolio in Florida.

His investment experience extends well past real estate. He has underwritten and invested in multi-location restaurants, industrial properties, multifamily properties, cryopreservation storage, motion pictures, the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and pre-IPO technology ventures such as SpaceX. Different asset classes and different capital stacks, but the same questions every time: what is it worth, and what has to be true for it to work. That level of experience separates him from the majority of brokers, who have sold real estate but never owned or operated it.

He holds the CCIM designation and works with a team covering counsel, transaction management and property management, so clients get his judgment with the bench behind it.

Outside of work, family comes first. He is a father, husband, son and brother. In his free time, he plays pickleball, skis, cooks and follows mixed martial arts.
