City Furniture’s $100M expansion to include Orlando and South Florida

Attention job seekers: City Furniture plans to add 200 Central Florida positions as part of its expansion into multiple Sunshine State markets.

The Tamarac-based home retailer is investing more than $100 million in an expansion into the Orlando region and South Florida. That includes a 120,000-square-foot superstore near The Mall at Millenia that will open in mid-2019 and a 114,000-square-foot superstore in Altamonte Springs set to open in late 2019.
