Daytime café has big expansion plans

A restaurant concept that specializes in upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch and closes at 2 p.m. is on the fast track.

Another Broken Egg Café, which has doubled in size over the past five years, is capitalizing on its growth potential with nine new deals from successful multi-unit franchisees. With 68 locations in 12 states, the company plans to operate 300 units by 2025.
