Buc-ee’s — a massive convenience store and travel center chain that’s attracted a cult following — wants to scale up its Sunshine State growth plans.
The Lake Jackson, Texas-based company is “actively looking” for more sites around Florida, co-owner Beaver Aplin told Orlando Business Journal. Buc-ee’s broke ground Sept. 16 on its 35-acre Daytona Beach location which is expected to open in early 2021 north of LPGA Boulevard and east of Interstate 95.
