Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets’ announcement that it will undergo renovations make it the third mall or entertainment center to reveal major changes in the City Beautiful this year.
Indianapolis-based commercial real estate Simon Property Group Inc. (NYSE: SPG) either has started construction or plans to start construction on the property near Walt Disney World, according to a Nov. 4 press release. Simon couldn’t be reached for comment. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
