Another tower is slated to rise in downtown Orlando.
Lake Mary-based Dix Developments LLC has plans for a residential project with 120 micro-apartments, along with retail and office space. The developer bought the half-acre property at 205 S. Eola Drive for the project on Feb. 18.
“Downtown is lacking the affordability for young professionals,” said Dix Developments CEO James Dicks, on why he wants to develop smaller apartments.
