Orlando-based Bynx LLC has signed a lease to open in a 2,943-square-foot location at Camden Thornton Park on 420 E. Church St. The company expects to spend $560,000 on its buildout, or roughly $190 a square foot, according to city of Orlando records. A building permit was sought Feb. 18 to begin construction.
Ocoee-based Keator Construction LLC is the general contractor. Sandi Bargfrede, managing partner with Orlando-based Acre Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord in the deal. Tiffany Pantozzi with New York-based Compass represented Bynx.
