New Rockstar Coffee to debut on Park Avenue next to Rollins College

A new coffee concept is brewing on Park Avenue — one of Central Florida’s most desirable retail stretches. 

Kissimmee-based Rockstar Franchise Holding LLC, which does business as Rockstar Coffee, has signed a lease to occupy 552 S. Park Ave. in Winter Park, owner Maged Salemconfirmed to Orlando Business Journal. The space sits across from Rollins College at Fairbanks and Park avenues and previously housed International Diamond Center before it closed more than two years ago.
