North Italia, Foxtail Coffee to open on Sand Lake Road

A pair of concepts are in the works along Orlando’s Sand Lake Road — known as Restaurant Row — as new-to-market retail deals stay hot locally. 

The biggest is Italian chain North Italia, which will occupy roughly 8,456 square feet at 7355 W. Sand Lake Road in Rialto Orlando, according to Orange County permits. The restaurant is a subsidiary of Calabasas, California-based Cheesecake Factory Inc. (Nasdaq: CAKE).
