Team Market Group has informed us that the concept has changed since the paperwork has filed and it will not be called “Burny’s Hot and Greasy Pies” but that a new concept is in the works led by Nick Grecco, who comes to the team via Black Bean Deli.
Companies tied to Keith and Romi Mawardi purchased the former Kittinger Business Machines building at 1024 N. Mills Avenue and the adjacent former laundromat at 1030 N. MillsAvenue, which had up until recently been used by Will’s Pub under the banner of “Dirty Laundry” for pop-up events and concerts, earlier in the year and the buildout are already underway.
