Chicken Fire owner opens new wing restaurant south of downtown

Kwame Boakye, the owner of the popular fried chicken restaurant, Chicken Fire, has opened a new concept just south of downtown Orlando. 

That Wing Spot is a new chicken wing-focused restaurant located right next to Buttercrust Pizza at 4777 S. Orange Avenue in the Fort Gatlin Plaza. A window decal reading “That Wing Spot” hanging in the windows for the past few weeks was all that hinted at what was coming until the recent soft-open.
