Armstrong Locks building sells to restaurateur

In May 2023 that the Armstrong Lock and Security building was being put on the market and it seems that it found a buyer in just a few months. 

That end user, according to a recent report by Faiyaz Kara for Orlando Weekly, is none other than Agave Azul, Juan Rios, who is planning a new “live fire restaurant” concept inspired by the indigenous cuisine of the Yucatan Peninsula and the Riviera Maya.
