Michelin star chef opens new sushi restaurant in Parramore

Chef Michael Collantes, the Michelin-recognized chef/owner of Soseki in Winter Park, has opened a new concept in the Parramore neighborhood, on the edge of Creative Village. 

Collantes recently opened Sushi Saint in the former home of Grilled Cheezus, in the Brew Theory dining space behind Blue Swan Boulders, located at 400 Pittman Street.
