Rick Bosley

Business Strategist

Rick Bosley has been a Central Florida resident for more than 20 years and is a proud alumnus of the University of Central Florida. Licensed since 2010, Rick quickly advanced into leadership with a leading real estate company in East Orlando. Over the next five and a half years, he oversaw significant growth, hiring and training more than 700 real estate professionals and scaling the office into one of the top brokerages in the region. He also became a certified real estate instructor and invested in multiple real estate franchises, gaining valuable experience in brokerage operations, profitability, and organizational growth.

In 2019, Rick shifted his focus to high-level commercial real estate, leveraging his leadership and transaction experience toward opportunities in acquisitions, leasing, and investment sales. His expertise extends beyond brokerage into key business disciplines, including customer acquisition, retention, team building, accountability, budgeting, and forecasting. This operational and strategic foundation allows him to approach commercial real estate with a focus on value creation, scalable systems, and long-term client success.

In 2021, Rick expanded his professional scope by joining MAPS Business Coaching as a business coach for professionals and organizations across industries. He draws on more than a decade of real estate leadership experience to guide clients in building profitable, efficient, and sustainable businesses.
