Melissa Shadle is an Executive Assistant with The TRG Group, where she plays a key role in leading the marketing team, managing client relationships, and overseeing the accounting team. In this capacity, she supports the firm’s commercial real estate operations by coordinating property marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong communication with investors, tenants, and clients. Her organizational skills and leadership help drive efficiency across brokerage, property management, and investment activities.
Before joining The TRG Group, Melissa spent over a decade working in the non-profit sector, where she wore many hats and developed a deep appreciation for mission-driven work. She holds a degree from The Ohio State University and brings both heart and efficiency to everything she does.
Outside the office, Melissa is married with two high schoolers and a pair of energetic dogs. Her family time often includes board games, escape room challenges, and volunteering together with a local dog rescue — something close to her heart.
