Mills 50 redevelopment plan eyes 7-story parking garage with retail space near downtown Orlando

Orlando’s municipal planning board will hear a proposal June 16 for the development of a seven-story parking garage with ground-level retail space in the Mills 50 district.

Public documents show engineering firm Land Design describing the project as being constructed in a single phase while adding 349 “needed parking spaces” to the area.
