Portillo’s and Dutch Bros eye new Osceola County development

Two national restaurant and retail brands could be coming to one of the fastest-growing parts of Osceola County.

A three-tenant retail project was proposed at the Sept. 1 Osceola County community development pre-application meeting, with plans for a Portillo’s restaurant, a Dutch Bros coffee shop and an oil change store along East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in the Kissimmee and St. Cloud area.
