BJ’s Wholesale Club Inc. buys property near Orlando International Airport

A pair of parcels within an industrial park adjacent Orlando International Airport sold May 2 to a well-known wholesale retailer that is expanding in Central Florida.

Massachusetts-based BJ’s Wholesale Club Inc. paid $43.6 million to Delaware-based Burris Logistics for the parcels at 10900 Central Port Drive in Orlando, within the Airport International Park of Orlando (AIPO) industrial park.
