Catchè to Open in Mills 50 with a Menu Built Around Chè

Mills 50 is about to get a new go-to for dessert that feels a little different from the usual lineup.

Catchè is planning to open in mid-May at 1220 E. Colonial Drive, bringing a classic Vietnamese dessert tradition to one of Orlando’s most food-obsessed corridors. Orlando Weekly reports the shop comes from Danh Nguyen and Grace Ramos, and that the menu will also include Vietnamese coffee, fresh juices, and other desserts.
