Chinese discount retailer Miniso coming to Altamonte Mall

Discount Chinese retailer Miniso is making its Florida debut at Altamonte Mall.

Miniso, which advertises itself as a “Japanese Lifestyle Brand,” is actually based out of Guangdong, China. It has set up construction barriers on the second floor of the mall next to Charming Charlie and in the same wing as J.C. Penney.
