Colonial Plaza gets Sprouts Farmers Market and Conn’s Home Plus

A Sprouts Farmers Market grocery store and a Conn’s Home Plus, the first in Orlando, are in the works for Colonial Plaza.

Renovations are under way for the Conn’s location next to Marshalls.

A “coming soon” sign is posted in front of the site and a flier for the shopping center lists the business as more than 42,300 square feet.
