Cuban restaurant chain Zaza to expand to Oviedo, add more metro Orlando locations

A Cuban restaurant chain plans to expand in Orlando as it opens a new Oviedo location. 

Orlando-based Zaza New Cuban Diner Inc. has signed a 2,000-square-foot lease to open at 1351 Alafaya Trail in the shuttered Burgerim restaurant, said Marie Shorey, senior adviser of Maitland-based Palkiper, who represented Zaza in the deal. Davey Brown, vice president of JLL, represented the landlord.
