Hinckley’s Fancy Meats is opening a sandwich and butcher shop at East End Market

Chef turned butcher Matt Hinckley is bringing his fancy meats to East End Market in sandwich and charcuterie form.

Hinckley, owner of Hinckley’s Fancy Meats in DeLand, is opening a charcuterie and sandwich shop at East End Market later this winter.

Hinckley, who has been a chef across the globe and most recently headed Box Park in Miami, opened a butchers business in DeLand in 2015 focused on natural meats sourced from Florida farmers.
