Those investments include new floors, restrooms and fitting rooms; increased staffing in a variety of roles; a MyStylist personal shopper; an At Your Service desk for in-store pick-up of merchandise bought online; new departments like mattresses or children’s shoes; and more space for departments like men’s tailored clothing, fine jewelry or women’s shoes. The upgrades also will include new LED lighting and updated flooring as well as product offerings unique to each store; and new food and beverage options like quick-service gourmet foods or a coffee bar.
