A growing fitness concept plans to expand to a vacant grocery store on the west side of town, Orlando Business Journal has learned.
Phoenix-based Barclay Group is under contract to buy a shuttered Winn-Dixie at 5732 N. Hiawassee Road in Orlando where the company plans to redevelop the space for Phoenix-based Eos Fitness.
Entity Daniels Petroleum Comp owns the 62,000-square-foot building, according to Orange County records. LandQwest Commercial Real Estate was marketing the property, according to LoopNet.
