Otto’s High Dive sets open date for December 13

Otto’s is a new cocktail bar that has opened at 2304 E. Robinson Street  in a long-vacant warehouse that has been completely renovated. The new concept is a collaboration between Milk District developers Elise Sabatino and Giovani Fernandez and talented Christopher Munro, Sean Pagan, and Justin Levaughn.
