Plans to flip Milk District convenience store into new cocktail bar and restaurant

A new cocktail bar and restaurant from the founder of Graffiti Junktion is slated to take a vacant spot in Orlando’s Milk District.

Greg Peters and a group of investors will be opening Milkhouse at 201 N. Bumby Ave. next to Whiskey Lou’s bar.

The Milkhouse, named so as an homage to the neighborhood and the nearby T.G. Lee Dairy, will serve a pizza, sandwiches, salads and other handheld dishes, along with a full cocktail bar, said Jason Ackman, one of the partners in the project.
