An Altamonte Springs shopping center is getting a new grocer — and a facelift.
Palm Beach Gardens-based owner and developer Kitson & Partners plans to demolish about 113,643 square feet of Oak Grove Shoppes’ building areas and reconstruct and update the remainder of the site with a 25,000-square-foot grocery store and inline retail, according to documents submitted to the St. Johns Water Management District. Two outparcels totaling roughly 11,700 square feet also are proposed along with 5,200 square feet of medical office space.
