Trulieve opens its its first Seminole County medical marijuana dispensary

Trulieve Cannabis Corp. opened its first Seminole County medical marijuana dispensary on Aug. 20, boosting the county’s total to six dispensaries.

The Quincy-based company opened a 2,500-square-foot location at 820 W. State Road 434 in Longwood. This marks the 58th dispensary for Trulieve and its 56th in Florida.

“When choosing new locations, we focus on where the patient demand is,” Lynn Ricci, Trulieve’s director of investor relations, told Orlando Business Journal.
